Return Policy
The Penny Candy Store is exclusively a packaging and wholesale establishment. The Penny Candy Store does not manufacture the candy, we package the candy and we are proud of the quality and freshness of our products. Any item listed on our web site will be shipped to our customers, either in its original packing material from the manufactures or from the Penny Candy Store packaging facilities, all items will be wrapped.

We guarantee and stand behind all of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will make every effort to accommodate your needs.

The delivery of any damaged packaged should be rejected immediately and returned to the shipping company for a complete refund. Packages which are accepted for delivery must be opened and inspected within 24 hours from the delivery date and if desired returned within 5 calendar days. All the products inside must be unopened and in good condition in order to be refunded. An RA number must be obtained from The Penny Candy Store via email prior to returning the Package. The RA number must be listed on the package and accompanied with a copy of the original receipt and the date the order was placed. The Penny Candy Store will not charge a processing fee for the returned package but the original shipping cost will not be refunded.

When ordering candy from a warm climate area, be aware that some chocolate candy may soften as a result; The Penny Candy Store is not responsible for the heat damaged items. Please, we ask our customers to indicate such concerned to us then we could add an additional layer of insulation or request from our customer, for a fee, to buy an insulated box cooler, and select "A Second" day shipping for a faster delivery. The candy listed on our web site is not recommended for children three years of age or younger, hard candy should be consumed with caution. The items listed under the "Snack Size Bags" category are packaged at The Penny Candy Store facilities, customers with allergy conditions must be aware that we also package several kinds of candy which contain peanuts, soy, eggs, tree nuts and milk base products.
