I just bought these and thought they were YUMMY. No horrible taste for me. Just nice salty licorice taste. That's why I came to the web site.... I need to buy more!

I bought these because I love licorice and prefer to go sugar free. They barely taste like licorice and when you eat a few a horrible ammonia taste comes into your mouth. I was driving my son home while I was eating these and I thought I might be being poisoned! There is ammonium chloride in them which I guess is used in some food products, and safe? I would never buy these again they are disgusting!
